Who I am

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon with over a decade of experience as a psychotherapist, supporting youth, adolescents, and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals facing a broad range of concerns including anxiety, depression and mood disorders, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, family dynamic stress, communication issues, attachment wounds, trauma, abuse, and more. I also have extensive experience working with individuals navigating the complexities of Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), helping them reclaim their sense of purpose and well-being.

My therapeutic approach is non-judgmental, compassionate, and person-centered. I believe in working collaboratively with clients, empowering them to be active participants in their healing journey. I take a holistic approach to therapy—understanding that the mind and body are deeply interconnected. When one is out of balance, the other is often impacted. My work supports the whole person, integrating mental, emotional, and physical wellness.

Outside the Therapy Room

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and my two beloved dogs, Makalani and Leilani. I find joy in the outdoors, gardening, traveling, cooking, baking, and caring for my waterfowl and swine. Nature, creativity, and connection are central to how I recharge and stay grounded.
